The USNA Out iBoard

The iBoard is tasked with developing and implementing the USNA Out organizational structure, in accordance with the 14 March 2009 iBoard Meeting [you must be logged in member to review members' pages].

The iBoard tasked itself with competing by the end of 2009:

  • Complete the 501(c)(3) process including:
    • Draft "Articles of Incorporation" and apply for status as a Maryland Non Profit Public Benefit Corporation - COMPLETED 10/7/2009
    • Elect 501c(3) "Organizing Board Officers," Approve Non Profit Organizational ByLaws - COMPLETED 11/7/2009
    • Request EIN from IRS
    • Apply for IRS 501(c)(3) status
  • Present to the Membership:
    • Bylaws for USNA Out
    • A Slate of Officers if required
