The information contained in the USNA Out roster is provided to facilitate members to contact one another on a personal basis. Use of this listing for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, mass mailing to the membership, any private, commercial, political or religious mailing, or other form of communication, is strictly prohibited.  Such unauthorized use may also violate the rights of privacy and/or publicity of individuals listed herein and result in significant legal action. A record of your acceptance of this agreement can be recorded.

Membership in USNA Out and sexual identity as shared with members in this roster should be treated as confidential and not discussed outside the USNA Out membership without the permission of the respective member, including their membership in USNA Out.
